Description
The most effective way for learning about yourself is through a self-assessment. Here is an assessment to make sure you are on the right track. Find out the areas you are good at and the areas that need your attention.
The process involves three steps:
1. The individual is assessed online on 20 skills that are essential to execute a role, in the areas of operations, people management and self-management. This provides the leaders a start point, an objective understanding on where they stand on these critical skills.
2. Report debriefing session to understand the contextual application of each skill to the new role.
3. Coaching sessions for skill building.
Questions specific to execution
This assessment is an adaptation of a Situational Judgement Test. You are presented with a hypothetical scenario and you must identify the most appropriate response and rank them according to effectiveness. We have designed questions for each skill with a holistic approach comprising four situational scenarios. Each question has four right answers, and we rate the participants based on the most suitable choice made.
Report
The report summarises the participant’s potential strengths and improvement areas in the field of execution. The report comprises the overall execution quotient across all skills, scores on each skill, and suggestions to improve.
