The tool works like the 360-degree involving three levels in an organisation–Management evaluation (self), Managers and Subordinate (foot soldiers) evaluations.
This is conducted across three levels in the organization to gain an insight about the level of clarity, extent of alignment and the extent of percolation of the execution best practices down the organization. The assessment and report will help you evaluate your organization, understand where the gaps are, if any and the debriefing session that follows will guide you on how to close it, to significantly improve strategic performance.
Questions sample and rating
To what extent does the organisation demonstrate practices related to the 12 execution drivers. On a four-point Likert rating scale, they select the rating that best describes their organisation’s current capability level in relations to the execution drivers. We have designed questions for three different levels of the organisation – C-level / Reportees to the C-level / Foot soldiers. The ratings are compared, and the report generated.

How to buy the assessment tool?
Write to us on enquiry@metisindia.com along with your organisation chart (We do not need names of people). We will shortlist the different roles that needs to be a part of the assessment. An invoice along with the payment link will be sent to you over email. Once the payment is complete you will receive your login-Id(s) with instructions to expedite the assessment. Post assessment you will receive a report with your organisation scores, its impact and advise on the areas of improvement.
